All Tech Refridgeration Inc. — Treasure Coast/Palm Beach area of FL

The ASKO Clothes Dryer aboard Istaboa has always been problematic. We can make it work, but sometimes we have to reach in and give it whirl before starting. Everywhere we’ve spent time we contact an appliance repair place only to hear the same thing, “Never heard of ASKO and we don’t work on boats.”
Finally last week the, “give it a whirl fix” failed and I had to find someone to do the repair.
A friend recommended I call All Tech and I’m glad I did. Mark Bergerman answered the phone and he too had the —”ASKO?”—response, but said he would come by and give it a shot.
Within 30 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and had a replacement part installed. Although the part worked, Mark wanted to order in the exact part, per manufacturer specs, and come back and reinstall that. He did and that problematic ASKO is no longer problematic.
We really appreciated Marks professionalism and skill. While he was there and had time I told him about a drain problem on an A/C air handler. Again, within 30 minutes he had that solved and suggested a fix so that it wouldn’t happen again.
We highly recommend Mark Bergerman and All Tech.
He also offers 24 Hr. emergency service.
If you need A/C, Refrigeration, or appliance repairs… Call All Tech at 772-398-4428
Here’s to safe and happy cruising.
Cheers,
Bob

RG Marine, Palm Beach, FL

Can’t really say anything bad about Ryon, the owner and operator of RG Marine, except he rarely returns his calls.
Ryon called me a few weeks ago and introduced himself, seems James Knight of Yachtech had mentioned to him that we wanted an Isolation Transformer installed, he seemed a personable enough fellow and was quoting prices that were very attractive and James recommended him… so he got the job. Got a deposit. Now seems he just forgot about us. Maybe out of sight out of mind kinda thing. Maybe he under-priced the job and now doesn’t want to do it. Maybe he read my post on this blog about accountability and doesn’t want to deal with us. Who knows.
The last time I talked with Ryon was a week ago and he said he would be calling me right back. Notta word yet. I left him a message telling him to tear up the deposit check as we were cancelling it.
Again, Ryon seems like a nice fellow, he just needs to work on his customer service skills. My opinion of Ryon is not so good. Won’t be doing business with him as a result.
